Economical, Mid-size and Small Gravel/Compost Screeners
Designed to deliver three separate grades of product from each and every screen cycle, the mid-size and small screener can easily handle up to 3 cubic yards of material per charge. They have a 4' x 12' screen bed, providing 16' of travel guaranteeing that each load is completely screened in a typical 20-second cycle time. The shaker head with its patented screen box suspension system is powered by an Honda GX620, 20-HP gas-driven engine that is super-quiet and provides long hours of trouble-free operation. The drive system is completely mechanical with no hydraulic pumps, hoses or fluids to maintain. Maintenance consists of routine engine care and the only consumable part is the drive belt. These units are highly mobile and can be quickly moved from site to site by a one-ton vehicle. They have integral lift points that make it a snap to lock onto the custom walking-beam trailer by using the hyudraulics in your backhoe or loader.
